Azimuth Privacy Policy

Azimuth ("the app") is developed by Tiger Bomb LLC ("we," "us," "our"). This policy explains how the app handles your information. The short version: Azimuth is designed to keep your financial data private and on your own device. We do not collect, sell, or share your personal information.
Your portfolio data stays on your device
Everything you enter into Azimuth — your investments, cash accounts, real estate, balances, and the resulting net-worth calculations — is stored locally on your device. We do not have a copy of it, and it is never transmitted to us.
iCloud backup (optional)
If you enable backup, Azimuth stores a copy of your portfolio in your own iCloud account using Apple's iCloud service. This backup is controlled by you and governed by Apple's iCloud terms and privacy policy. We cannot access your iCloud data. You can delete the backup at any time from within the app or from your iCloud storage settings.
Stock price data
To show current prices and historical charts, the app sends the ticker symbols in your portfolio (for example, "AAPL") to our server, which retrieves pricing data from third-party market-data providers and returns it to the app. These requests contain only the symbols needed to fetch prices. They are not linked to your identity, and we do not store your portfolio, holdings, or balances on our server. Our server may keep standard, short-lived technical logs (such as IP address) for security and reliability; these are not used to identify you or build a profile.
Subscriptions and payments
Azimuth offers an optional subscription (Azimuth Pro) purchased through the Apple App Store. All payments are processed by Apple; we never receive or store your payment card details. Purchases are governed by Apple's terms and privacy policy.
Crash and diagnostic data
Azimuth does not use any third-party analytics or crash-reporting service. If you have chosen to share analytics with app developers in your device's Settings, Apple may provide us with anonymized crash and performance reports through Apple's systems. This is controlled entirely by you in Settings → Privacy & Security → Analytics & Improvements, and the data is not personally identifying.
Information we do not collect
We do not collect your name, email, contacts, location, advertising identifiers, or usage/behavioral analytics. We do not track you across apps or websites, and we do not use third-party advertising or tracking SDKs.
Children's privacy
Azimuth is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will address it.
Your choices
Because your data lives on your device and in your iCloud, you control it directly:
Delete individual items or your whole portfolio within the app.
Delete the app to remove locally stored data.
Manage or delete your iCloud backup from the app or iCloud settings.

Azimuth is an informational tracking tool. It does not provide financial, investment, tax, or legal advice, and price data may be delayed or inaccurate.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above.
